This Privacy Policy describes how PERVOX (L R PEROVANO LTDA, a company registered in Brazil; "we", "our") handles information related to the use of our website (pervox.tech) and our apps and products.

2. Data on Our Website

The PERVOX website is mostly static and focused on presenting our services. Specifically:

• We use Google Analytics to understand, statistically, how many people visit the site, which pages they read and where visits come from (see section 6)
• We do not use advertising cookies or ad networks
• We do not sell your data
• Personal data such as your name and email only reach us when you send them voluntarily to contact us

3. When You Contact Us

When you contact us by email, WhatsApp or social media, you share the information you choose to send (such as your name, email and a description of your project). We use this data exclusively to reply and follow up on your request — never for spam or to sell to third parties.

4. Our Apps

Our apps are built with privacy in mind. In particular, TOON Converter (a JSON-to-TOON format converter) does not collect any personal data:

• It does not collect names, emails or contact information
• It does not collect location or device identifiers
• It does not track usage, and uses no cookies or tracking SDKs
• It does not access the camera, microphone or photo gallery
• All processing happens locally, on your device
• Data stays in memory only and is erased when you close the app

5. Permissions and Sharing

When an app offers a "Share" feature, sending content to other apps (WhatsApp, email, etc.) is controlled by you and uses the device's native system. We have no access to the shared data.

6. Third-Party Services and Cookies

To load web fonts, our website uses the Google Fonts CDN.

To measure traffic, the website uses Google Analytics, a Google service, only if you accept in the cookie notice shown on your first visit. Before that, Analytics is not loaded and no data is sent to it. Once allowed, it stores cookies in your browser (such as _ga) and collects technical browsing information, such as pages visited, time on page, visit source, device type, browser and approximate location. We use this data only in aggregated reports, to improve our content and understand which pages lead to inquiries. We do not use Google Analytics for advertising.

You can change your choice at any time through the Cookie preferences link in the footer of every page; if you decline, the Analytics cookies are deleted. You can also block them in your browser settings. The website works normally without them.

We do not use advertising networks.

7. Security

We follow good engineering practices to protect any information you send us. Because we minimize data collection, we greatly reduce the risk of exposing personal information.

8. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Our products are safe for all ages.
